1.3 Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to password negligence .
2.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product details (specifications, dimensions, functions) on our website. However, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors or update information without prior notice .
2.2 Order Placement: When you submit an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We may reject orders if products are out of stock, information is incomplete, or delivery is unavailable to your location .
2.3 Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after submitting an order, but this does not constitute acceptance—we will send a separate "Order Shipped" notification once your order is dispatched .

3.4 Failed Payment: If you refuse to pay or cannot provide valid payment at delivery, the shipment will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs .
4.1 Delivery Scope: We offer global shipping to COD-supported regions. Delivery times vary by location and will be specified in your order confirmation .
4.2 Delivery Responsibility: You must provide an accurate and accessible delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information .
4.3 Receipt Inspection: You have the right to inspect the package for damage or mismatches before paying. If the product is damaged, missing, or incorrect, you may refuse acceptance and notify our support team immediately .
4.4 Risk Transfer: The risk of damage to or loss of products transfers to you once you sign for and accept delivery .

7.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from product use, delivery delays, or service interruptions .
7.2 We do not guarantee the performance of products beyond the manufacturer’s specifications, nor are we responsible for user errors (e.g., improper setup, maintenance) .
7.3 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays, or transportation disruptions) .
7.4 Our liability for defective products is limited to replacing the product or issuing a refund .
8.1 Agreement Termination: We may terminate your access to our services if you violate this Agreement (e.g., fraud, misuse of returns). You may terminate by ceasing use of our services and requesting account deletion .
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be governed by the laws of the country/region where the product is delivered and submitted to the jurisdiction of the local court .
9.1 Intellectual Property: All content on our website (logos, product images, descriptions) is our intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission .
9.2 Third-Party Services: Logistics and delivery services are provided by third-party partners. We will assist with complaints but are not liable for third-party service failures .
9.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and FAQ, constitutes the entire understanding between you and us, replacing all prior oral or written agreements .
